Top 10 Favorite Jackson Songs

Anyone can make a Top 10 Michael Jackson list, right? But it’s hard to pull outside Off the Wall and Thriller. Michael was no Prince. So you have to pull from the other Jacksons. Man I wish there was more Tito records out there, he’s outta sight! Not to mention my favorite Jackson. Sorta.

  • Those polysynths on Janet’s “Escapade” slay – and listen to how HUGE the snare is! Always a guilty pleasure of mine.

  • Hey Mat, I’m disappointed that I didn’t see a mention of the often forgotten Rebbie here! What about Centipede? Oh I forgot, this is your list. Nevermind. I would have liked to hear Enjoy Yourself as well.

  • I didn’t even know Tito had a solo album–or Jackie, for that matter. Rebbie scared me shitless, but I loved me anything off “Control,” including the title track.

And I was bouncing through Union Station not long ago to “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin.'”
