Soundtrack of the day: Jimi Hendrix, Can, JSBX, Dylan.
You see: I got this huge gift certificate for graduation for Borders books and music. So I went there today to finish it off. I got two Jimi Hendrix cds and a Can anthology. I couldn’t believe i didn’t have any Hendrix CDs. I am really in to 60s/70s rock and I didnt have any of his CDs. This was blasphemous. I have been ammended. The guy at checkout desk really liked Jimi Hendrix too. I talked about the exhibit (the Linda McCartney one in Boston) i went to recently. And he got all excited and told me about the Hendrix photo exhibit they had in DC years back…I am sure it was fab. DC. Yummy. And I am gonna see the Dismemberment Plan finally at Ft. Reno in DC with Al. Word! Anyways…have a splendid day!
