Fine. He won the popular vote in 2004. I’ll give you that. But it’s a viscous crime when the citizens of Washington DC have to pay $20 million for inauguration security. Hell, 90% of DC Voters voted against him. It’s just a bit excessive. Would it be that hard for the City to be reimbursed from (insert some Federal fund and/or Bush’s personal funds here) so that maybe some of the DC Public Schools would have the chance to afford text books to be put in the hands of a few more children’s hands next year?
